Shijiazhuang Luancheng District Boren Hospital Project Case
This project represents a strategic collaboration between OSIDEK and Shijiazhuang Luancheng District Boren Hospital. The specific objective is to establish a new Class 100 purification ventilation system for the operating theatre, designing and constructing a high-precision clean facility that integrates stringent infection control, advanced structural reliability, and the operational efficiency required for modern surgical environments.



The Challenge
The operating theatre imposes extremely high requirements on the construction precision and cleanliness of the purification ventilation system, while the project schedule is exceptionally tight. With only 16 days from commencement to completion, equipment installation and commissioning had to be accomplished within a short period, while also meeting the hospital’s acceptance criteria. Through our team’s meticulous prefabrication in advance and efficient on-site organization, the project successfully passed the client’s acceptance and received the official seal confirmation on June 12, ensuring that the operating theatre environment was delivered in full compliance with the required standards.

The Solution
OSIDEK, in close collaboration with Shijiazhuang Luancheng District Boren Hospital, developed, manufactured, and installed a complete “Purification Ventilation and Intelligent Control System” solution that meets the hospital’s stringent requirements for air cleanliness, temperature and humidity control, and infection control in its operating rooms.
Scope comprises:
A Class 100 purification laminar flow air supply system (total recirculating air volume of 8,000 m³/h) is adopted, equipped with a direct expansion unit (including an outdoor condensing unit), achieving Class 100 cleanliness standard for the operating theatre.
0.8 mm galvanised ventilation ducts and a high-efficiency soundproof insulation layer are installed, complemented by adjustable return air grilles with filtration, ensuring uniform airflow distribution and low-noise operation.
LED purification flat panel luminaires and a 90-minute emergency power supply are provided to meet the lighting and emergency requirements of the operating theatre.
An independent intelligent control system is installed to perform real-time monitoring and precise regulation of temperature, humidity, differential pressure, and air volume.
- An embedded six-unit LCD panel, stainless steel socket boxes, and a customised medical gas supply box are integrated to enable centralised equipment control and medical gas access.
All components are fabricated internally by Mingren Purification and installed by its own professional team, thereby ensuring continuity of accountability, performance assurance, and compliance with zero-leak requirements.
Core Project Advantages
Record-Breaking Delivery Speed
From commencement to completion, only 16 days were required to complete the installation and commissioning of all components, including the heavy-duty purification framework, direct-expansion purification unit, LED purification lights, and emergency power supply, with full quality compliance.
Structural Integration Reliability
Lightweight, high-strength purification panels and an M8 threaded rod suspension system are adopted to safely integrate the Class 100 purification unit into the operating theatre enclosure, achieving reliable coordination between heavy-duty equipment and the cleanroom envelope.
Rigorous Infection Control Performance
The purification panels, combined with corrosion-resistant sealant, form a seamless antimicrobial surface. The unit is equipped with pre-filters, medium-efficiency filters, a sterilisation section, and a high-efficiency laminar flow air supply. Six adjustable return air grilles ensure Class 100 air cleanliness in the operating theatre, fully complying with the hospital’s infection control requirements.
Excellent Operational Efficiency
An independent intelligent control system and a direct-expansion unit are installed, and the emergency power supply provides 90 minutes of backup lighting, enabling 24/7 automatic operation of the operating theatre, reducing manual maintenance, and improving patient flow and equipment management efficiency.
