Overview At Osidek, we are committed to delivering high-quality medical and industrial protection equipment. Due to the specialized nature, size, and often customized specifications of our products, our return and refund policies differ from standard retail purchases. Please review the following terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Custom and Made-to-Order Products Many of our products, including tailored radiation shielding doors and specific cleanroom structures, are manufactured to your project’s exact specifications. All sales of custom-made, modified, or special-order items are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for these items unless they are defective upon arrival.

2. Standard Product Returns For standard, non-customized equipment, returns may be accepted within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested and approved by our team prior to shipping the item back. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
  • Returns of standard items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

3. Damaged in Transit We take great care in packaging our heavy equipment for international and regional shipping. However, damages during transit can occasionally occur.

  • You must inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.
  • If you notice visible damage to the packaging or product, you must note it on the delivery receipt and notify us within 3 business days.
  • Please provide clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging to hello@osidek.com. We will work with the freight carrier to resolve the claim and arrange for replacement parts or equipment.

4. Defective Products and Warranty We stand behind the quality of our engineering solutions. If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective parts or product. (Please note: Our warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.)

5. Return Shipping Costs Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., shipping the wrong item), the customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs. Due to the weight and dimensions of our equipment, we highly recommend using a trackable freight service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

6. Refunds (if applicable) Once your authorized return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund (minus the restocking fee and original shipping costs) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or via wire transfer.
